Responsibilities

Lead and support nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident care.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and company policies.
Monitor resident condition and promptly communicate changes to physicians and the care team.
Supervise and assist CNAs and other clinical team members during assigned shifts.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams.
Promote a culture of compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

Active, current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
Previous Charge Nurse, Team Lead, or nursing leadership experience preferred.
Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute care preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills.
Ability to lead, coach, and support nursing assistants and clinical team members.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
