Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Facilities Operations department with daily administrative and operational activities.
- Communicate with staff, students, vendors, and campus departments as needed.
- Provide general support to Facilities Operations staff to help maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
- Perform data entry and update department spreadsheets, logs, and tracking documents.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
- Assist with processing and tracking requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and change orders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle department information appropriately.
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled as a student.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
- Strong attention to detail Professional, dependable, and organized.
Physical Requirements (if any):
- Package handling 5-10 lbs.

- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 730a- 1230p
