What You'll Do

As our People Development Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting team members throughout their employment journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading recruiting efforts to attract, interview, and hire quality candidates
• Creating a welcoming onboarding experience for new team members
• Assisting employees with benefit programs, enrollment, and questions
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive work environment
• Coordinating training, education, and professional development opportunities
• Partnering with department leaders on staffing strategies and workforce needs
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR compliance standards are met
• Serving as a trusted resource for team member questions and concerns
• Assisting with retention efforts and recognition programs
• Championing the mission, values, and culture of Brookestone View

What We're Looking For

We are seeking someone who enjoys connecting with people and contributing to organizational success. Qualified candidates should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred
• Human Resources, recruiting, employee relations, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for employee engagement, talent development, and workplace culture
