Technician 2, Process

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Process setup

• Transfer process/stations from Wuxi sites to Đồng Nai site.
• Work with engineer to set up and buyoff equipment & process .

Production line supporting

• Deal with production failures and lessons and learn summary.
• Communicate with related department to solve material issue, stations problem.
• Support station uptime through equipment/process improvement activities.
• Operator training and assessment

HPU reduction and yield improvement

• Process troubleshooting & failure analysis.
• Fixture & Tooling optimization.
• Engineering order or qualification follows up.

Education & Experience

• Intermediate Graduate or College Graduate is required. Major in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical or related majors is referred.
• At least 3+ years of experience in Engineering at the manufacturing enviroment.

Skills

• Skilled in the office software such as excel, PPT
• Process & stations trouble shooting
• Able to support a flexible work schedule due to collaboration with multiple worldwide facilities.

Working Conditions

• Working in the office & cleanroom, full-time in manufacturing plants.
