Merchandising Supervisor

Job Summary

Ensure execution excellence at point-of-sale, leading and developing a team of merchandising assistants, implementing company commercial and trade marketing strategies, strengthening client relationships, managing operational metrics, and driving sustainable results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, develop, and monitor the team, fostering a high-performance environment and ensuring alignment with guidelines.
• Ensure store-level execution by implementing trade marketing strategies, product availability, planogram compliance, and correct execution of promotional initiatives.
• Monitor and manage operational metrics, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing action plans.
• Maintain strategic relationships with clients, collaboratively engaging with retail demands and strengthening commercial partnerships.
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments and business partners, planning, organizing, and tracking activities, defining priorities, and ensuring adherence to routines and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, procedures, and ethical principles, maintaining a safe and compliant environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Driver's license (Category B / Standard Driver's License).
• Availability to travel.
