Responsibilities

What to do:

1. Warehouse management: Comprehensive management of the warehouse site - inbound and outbound receiving, quality inspection, packaging, outbound review, inventory counting, warehouse area planning, 5S management. Keeping the warehouse organized is a basic operation
2. Logistics: Follow up on the entire process of international logistics orders - from outbound to final delivery, closely monitor each node, and handle any abnormalities as soon as possible
3. Handle customs clearance: Responsible for customs clearance and related affairs, familiar with customs policies and clearance processes in various countries, and try not to let goods get stuck in customs as much as possible
4. Cost control: Continuously optimize international logistics costs and timeliness, compare prices, select models, negotiate, and spend every penny wisely
5. Establish processes: Sort out the standard operating procedures for warehousing and logistics, consolidate experience into a system, achieve WMS online, and ensure that each warehouse operation can withstand audits; 要干的事： 1.管仓库：仓现场全面管理——入库收货、质检、打包、出库复核、库存盘点、库区规划、5S管理，仓库井井有条是基本操作 2.跟物流：国际物流订单全流程跟单——从出库到末端派送，每个节点盯紧，有异常第一时间处理 3.搞定清关：负责清关报关相关事务，熟悉各国海关政策和清关流程，尽量不让货卡在海关 4.控成本：持续优化国际物流成本和时效，比价、选型、谈判，花出去的每一分钱都要花得值 5.建流程：梳理仓储和物流的标准作业流程，把经验沉淀成体系，做到WMS线上化，每个仓库作业操作都需要经得起审计；

Qualifications

We hope you:

1. 1-3 years of experience in warehouse management or international logistics, with a background in cross-border e-commerce/3D printing/manufacturing preferred;
2. Familiar with international logistics operation processes - air freight, sea freight, express delivery lines, basic customs clearance and declaration;
3. Able to accept on-site office work in the warehouse and value the execution of production capacity and quality delivery;
4. Strong communication skills, able to deal with various roles such as freight forwarders, customs, and delivery parties;
5. Strong ability to withstand pressure, frequent accidents in the logistics industry, calm and able to handle situations;
6. Be meticulous, responsible, principled, and adhere to the bottom line;
