Job Description

• Engage with external innovation ecosystem and industry platforms

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Engineering, Computing Science Electronics, or other related technical fields 硕士及以上学历，电子信息、计算机、自动化、工程类及相关技术专业
• 8+ years in innovation, technology strategy, or R&D-related roles
  8年以上创新、技术战略或研发相关经验
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  良好的分析与战略思考能力
• Experience working across internal and external stakeholders
  有跨团队及外部合作经验
• Strong communication skills (Chinese & English preferred)
  良好的沟通能力（中英文优先）
• Background in semiconductors, embedded systems, or related technology fields is preferred
  具备半导体、嵌入式系统或相关技术领域背景者优先
