IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As our Warehouse Operator at Envalior, you need to ensure on-site raw and auxiliary materials align with production plans, support stable and continuous production line operations. The ultimate goal is to guarantee safe, high-quality, and on-time product delivery.

You will make key contributions to Envalior

• Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and accurately maintain production records as required.
• Handle physical receiving, warehousing, and issuing of raw and auxiliary materials (including barcoding operations).
• Manage inventory for raw and auxiliary materials.
• Manage finished goods outbound and shipping operations, including forklift operation, information verification, and coordinating with drivers (e.g., taking photos as proof of delivery).
• Perform physical material preparation and transfer based on production plans and the material picking plan formulated by the warehouse clerk.
• Manage physical receiving, issuing, and inventory at external warehouses.
• Handle material transit operations between the external warehouse and the site (including loading/unloading, forklift operation, and truck coordination).
• Assist with month-end inventory counts at the site.
• Handle inbound and outbound operations for the solid waste warehouse, maintain solid waste ledgers, and manage inventory.
• Sort and organize solid waste, waste strips, and waste pellets; compile statistics and provide feedback.
• Maintain 5S standards within the designated work area.
• Prepare DHL shipping labels based on the sample dispatch list provided by the Logistics Specialist, and dispatch physical samples.
• Serve as the On-site Loading/Unloading Logistics Safety Coordinator (requires passing assessment by the SHEQ Engineer and Production Supervisor before taking the post).
• Maintain, optimize, and update warehouse department procedures and SOPs.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate

• Hold a valid Special Equipment Operator Certificate (N1); prior forklift operating experience in the chemical industry is preferred.
• Be familiar with the storage characteristics of hazardous chemicals and site traffic safety regulations, with no record of major operational violations.
• Possess at least 1 year of practical forklift operating experience, with the ability to safely operate in narrow spaces and complex environments.
• Be in good physical health with good eyesight, highly responsible, and able to work in shifts and high-temperature environments.
• Possess strong teamwork skills, be willing to follow on-site dispatch arrangements, and strictly abide by company rules and regulations.
