We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Tech SME Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

• We are looking for a technical lead role to provide technical leadership to manage a tech team work on both the IT backend and front end system development, test, release, devliery and maintenance.
• The role will work on client communication domain in GPB&Wealth Digital Servicing to drive new stragegic client communication platform- Alerts and Notifications delivery.
• As a Technical Lead, you will serve as both a technical authority and people leader to lead a team of engineers to delivery high-quality products.
• Act as the bridge between business objective and technical execution.
• You are expected to ensure system stability, scalability, and security and cost efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stack Holder Management.

Requirements

• Java, NodeJS、React、Python
• Groovy, terraform
• API and micro service technologies
• Databases (PostgreSQL)
• Application monitoring and test automation best practice and tools
• Cloud technologies: (AWS/Alicloud or Azure) and Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Automated deployment tools eg Jenkins
