Material Replenishment Planning Analyst

Ecolab is seeking a Material Replenishment Planning Analyst to join its transportation department. Under the direction of logistics leadership, you will be an analytical problem-solver, accountable for supporting processes with proven data collection and analysis skills. You will have the opportunity to identify and implement process improvements and receive recognition for elevating quality, service and savings metrics.

Key Responsibilities

A Material Replenishment Planner is responsible for ensuring the right materials are available at the right time, quantity, and location to support production or customer demand while minimizing inventory costs.

Run and Review MRP Results

• Execute daily/weekly MRP runs.
• Review planned orders and purchase requisitions generated by the system.
• Identify unexpected recommendations.
• Validate material requirements against actual demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Experience with supply planning tools/APO/IBP is an advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Proactive mindset with strong sense of urgency.
• Experience in FMCG/manufacturing industry is preferred.
