Your Role:

In this role, you own the quality management cycle for your assigned organization — driving ISO 9001 compliance, coordinating audits, and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are tracked through to closure. You safeguard operational resilience by managing documentation, overseeing change control, and monitoring complaint and customer experience processes, enabling continuous improvement across the business.

Who You Are:

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline, combined with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in quality management within a service or GCC environment
• Solid grounding in ISO 9001:2015 quality management principles, including audit coordination, document control, and CAPA management
• Hands-on experience managing quality documentation and conducting or supporting self-inspections and internal or external audits
• Proven ability to track and close corrective and preventive actions, deviations, and change control activities within a structured quality system
• Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fluency in written and spoken English; familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies or process improvement frameworks is an advantage
