Position Purpose
The Associate Process Manager – MIS will own and manage end-to-end reporting, governance dashboards, business metrics consolidation, data validation, automation, and management reporting activities.
The role will work closely with Operations, HR, Workforce Management, Transitions, Finance, and other support functions to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable information is available for business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recurring MIS, governance, and management reporting requirements.
- Maintain and enhance governance dashboards and performance trackers.
- Consolidate, validate, reconcile, and analyze data received from multiple stakeholders and support functions.
- Track key business activities, including:
- Process deployment and bench positions
- Transition progress and reporting
- Attrition analysis
- Workforce and staffing metrics
- Business performance and governance updates
- Ensure all reports are delivered accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Develop automated reports, dashboards, trackers, and data models using advanced Excel capabilities.
- Identify reporting gaps, data inconsistencies, and process risks, and coordinate with stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Analyze trends, variances, and performance indicators and provide meaningful insights to management.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for business reviews.
- Follow up with stakeholders to obtain pending data, validate inputs, and close action items.
- Standardize reporting processes, maintain documentation, and improve reporting efficiency.
- Support ad hoc reporting and analytical requirements raised by senior leadership.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper governance of business and employee-related data.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Strong experience in MIS, business reporting, operations analytics, or performance governance.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including:
- Complex formulas and functions
- Pivot tables and charts
- Data validation and reconciliation
- Dashboard creation
- Data modeling
- Report automation
- Macros/VBA Power Query & Power Pivots etc
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in preparing management dashboards and executive reports.
- Good understanding of business metrics, operational performance, and trend analysis.
- Strong stakeholder-management and follow-up skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables under strict timelines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- Experience in process governance, workforce management, transitions, or shared-services reporting.
- Only candidates with core and hands-on experience in MIS and Reporting should be considered for this position. Experience primarily in general operations, without significant ownership of MIS, reporting, dashboards, data analysis, or report automation, will not be considered.
