Operations Management:

Market knowledge of Payment Products and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Product knowledge of NEFT, RTGS, Internal Transfers, IMPS
Processing of offline files through Different systems
Understanding accounting entries for NEFT, RTGS, Internal Transfers, IMPS
Understanding of settlement process and reconciliation
End to end control checks during processing
Efficiently and diligently doing recon of Pool accounts
Publishing recon and other daily MIS to Senior Management
Liaising with IT, BSG teams for system issues
Ensures that all transactions are processed as per agreed SLA and approved procedures and guidelines.
Activities to be done as per the process defined maker checker to be followed and no exception to be taken.
Ensures effective customer service through timely delivery and efficient escalation management.
Following all set process and deviations if any are having requisite approvals.
Technical competencies in banking applications Eg: Payment Products, Finacle, MS – Office

Key Responsibilities:

Should have good understanding of Cash Management Services business.
Knowledge of onboarding and transaction cycles of all conventional cms payment and collection products.
Market knowledge of BBPS, UPI , API and payment gateway products.
End to end understanding of the regulatory guidelines, various payment flows & reconciliations.
Should able to handle new system requirements & UAT etc.
Should have strong analytical skills & problem-solving ability.
Engaging and envisaging in ideas for new projects /process /system rollouts, automation etc.
Ability to manage team
Qualification – Graduate / Post-Graduate
Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
Good Interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams
Excellent Communication Skills
Proficiency in MS-Office
Diploma or Graduate in electrical engineering with minimum 3 years of work experience in Data center management/ operations
6-9 yrs of work experience.
