TMF Group is seeking a highly motivated Dynamics 365 Automation Test Engineer to support quality assurance and test automation initiatives across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Service Management Tools (SMT), Power Platform, and related business applications. The role combines automation testing, functional testing, defect management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong Dynamics 365 CRM testing expertise, hands-on automation experience, and a solid understanding of QA processes and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Automation&FunctionalTesting

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using C#, Selenium, EasyRepro, SpecFlow, and Playwright.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for Dynamics 365 CRM, SMT, Power Platform, and web applications.
• Develop detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Validate integrations between CRM, SMT, and other enterprise systems.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely defect resolution.

QualityAssurance&Collaboration

• Apply QA methodologies, testing standards, and best practices throughout the SDLC.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to improve product quality.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and defect triage sessions.
• Ensure timely delivery of testing activities and quality outcomes.

Defect&TestManagement

• Manage test cases, execution, traceability, and defect tracking using Azure DevOps/TFS.
• Conduct comprehensive regression testing following system changes and deployments.
• Perform requirement analysis to ensure complete and effective test coverage.

Dynamics365CRM&SMTExpertise

• Test CRM and SMT customizations, configurations, integrations, and workflows.
• Validate business processes and data flows across systems.
• Provide recommendations for quality improvements and process optimization.

Key Requirements

Mandatory Skills

• 4-5 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM Testing (Functional and Automation).
• Experience testing Service Management Tools (SMT).
• Automation testing experience using:
  • C#
  • Selenium
  • SpecFlow
  • EasyRepro
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and testing lifecycle.
• Experience with End-to-End, Regression, Integration, and Functional Testing.
• Requirement analysis, defect management, and test execution expertise.

Domain Knowledge (Preferred)

• D365 Sales and Marketing modules.
• CRM and SMT integrations and data flows.
• Payroll, HR, Accounting, Finance, or Entity Management processes.
• Exposure to Workday, Optix, or other HCM systems.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Technology, or related field.
• ISTQB Foundation Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
