Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse/provide follow up action regarding daily inspection performance. (IE based approaches)

• Monitor shift productivity communicates productivity measures/operational issues to align the shifts to the required delivery critical path.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI trackers, and management reports for operational performance monitoring.

• Prepare/report daily shift performance in the following areas and provide action plans to address any deviations.

  • Machine utilization/efficiencies
  • Volume produced/finished against targets
  • Machine downtime
  • Weekly quality performance
  • Delivery status
  • Batch in/out details

• Analyse/review all customer complaints regarding any rejects/out of tolerance deliveries/complaints, arrive at the root cause using the scientific approach and ensure that robust measures are in place to avoid recurrence of such issues/complaints etc.

• Ensure that the right hanger standards, specifications etc are always available, that they are reviewed and are up to date in order to facilitate the bulk dry finishing process whilst also ensuring that they are updated as and when necessary.

Knowledge and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Textile & Apparel Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 Years Experience.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SMV analysis, work study, or Industrial Engineering concepts.
• Knowledge of Power BI, MS office, ERP system knowledge (SAP, Oracle).
• Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, Productivity, Waste, Efficiency, and Quality Metrics.
