Job Summary
IIQAF Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to support healthcare data management and administrative operations in Riyadh. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, verifying, organizing, and maintaining patient, medical, administrative, and operational information in hospital databases and electronic systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter patient, medical, administrative, and healthcare-related information accurately into hospital databases and computer systems.
- Enter and update patient registration information, demographic details, contact information, appointment data, and other records.
- Review data entry documents and source records to ensure information is complete and accurate.
- Verify entered information against medical forms, patient records, reports, and other source documents.
- Identify and correct data entry errors, duplicate records, missing information, and inconsistencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical records as required.
- Respond to internal data requests and provide accurate information to authorized staff.
- Maintain daily data entry logs and productivity records when required.
- Meet established data entry accuracy, productivity, and turnaround-time standards.
- Report system issues, data discrepancies, missing records, or unusual information to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain organized workstations and follow safe and efficient administrative work practices.
- Perform other data entry, medical records, healthcare administration, and clerical duties assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow data entry procedures, documentation standards, and healthcare policies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare administration team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts when required.
