At Accenture, our Supply Chain & Engineering (SC&E) team is growing and looking for experienced Consultants to help leading organizations solve complex operational, engineering, and transformation challenges.

Our work spans Local Content & Procurement, Capital Projects, Operations Readiness, Digital Twins & Digital Engineering, and Asset Management.

As a Management Consultant in Supply Chain & Engineering, you will work with multidisciplinary teams to support clients across strategy, transformation, and implementation. Depending on your experience, you will typically specialize in one or more SC&E capability areas, while gaining exposure to the broader practice.

You will lead project workstreams, conduct structured analysis, engage with client stakeholders, and develop practical recommendations that improve operational and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams and manage analysis, activities, and deliverables.
• Solve complex business and operational challenges using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Develop strategies, operating models, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Apply digital technologies, AI, analytics, and engineering solutions to improve performance.
• Support implementation by defining initiatives, milestones, risks, dependencies, and performance measures.
• Support business growth through client discussions and practice-development initiatives.

Our Capability Areas

Consultants will typically bring experience in at least one of the following:

• Local Content & Government Procurement: Local content strategy, localization, supplier development, procurement transformation, and performance frameworks.
• Capital Projects: Project governance, PMO, project controls, portfolio management, risk, and capital program performance.
• Operations Readiness: Readiness planning, operating models, mobilization, testing, handover, go-live, and operational acceptance.
• Digital Twins & Digital Engineering: Digital twin strategy, use cases, engineering data, BIM, IoT, AI, analytics, and digital engineering transformation.
• Asset Management: Asset strategy, maintenance, reliability, lifecycle planning, performance management, and digital enablement.

We Believe You Have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in consulting or an industry role related to one or more SC&E capability areas.
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience developing presentations, analyses, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across business, operational, technical, and engineering teams.
• A strong interest in working at the intersection of business, operations, engineering, and technology.
• A commercial mindset and willingness to contribute to proposals and client development.
