We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a AVP, Wealth Centre Support.
In this role you will need:
- Review Wealth Centre/branch processes and workflows to improve efficiency, consistency and service standards.
- Monitor and improve operational performance (e.g., queue management and service turnaround times) through health checks, analysis and stakeholder engagement.
- Identify recurring operational issues and emerging risks; support escalation, documentation and follow-through on agreed actions.
- Support planning, coordination and delivery of Bank/Group projects and regulatory/industry initiatives (e.g., MAS, ABS), including clear tracking of actions, owners, timelines and benefits.
- Implement operational measures to improve sales effectiveness, enable transaction migration, reduce cost/inefficiency and unlock service opportunities.
- Reinforce first-line risk and control discipline by coordinating audit/regulatory action closure and supporting monthly GL reconciliation (Cadency).
- Coordinate and help execute branch surprise checks with Risk & Control, ensuring findings are documented, tracked and closed.
- Partner with IWPB stakeholders and vendors to support a smooth multi-channel client journey, improve end-to-end delivery (iNPS/Mystery Shop), and manage vendor performance against SLAs.
To be successful you will need:
- 3–5 years’ banking experience, particularly in branch operations and end-to-end workflows.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with subordinates, peers, senior leaders and customers.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across Branch/WC teams, Risk & Control, Operations and vendor partners.
- Structured problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset; able to translate insights into practical, controlled process changes.
- High ownership, resilience and attention to detail; able to manage competing priorities and maintain disciplined governance/documentation.
