You'll make a difference by:

• Support and execute equity investments across the full investment lifecycle, from origination and evaluation through execution, value creation, and exit activities.
• Build and maintain market relationships with founders, developers, financial institutions, asset managers, and other key stakeholders to develop investment opportunities.
• Assess investment opportunities and structure transactions by developing investment cases, evaluating risks and returns, and recommending suitable deal structures.
• Conduct financial analysis and valuations using relevant methodologies to assess company performance, investment potential, and portfolio value.
• Manage and monitor portfolio investments by identifying risks and opportunities, tracking performance, supporting value creation initiatives, and ensuring governance compliance.
• Represent investor interests and collaborate across teams by engaging internal and external stakeholders, contributing to strategic decision-making, and assuming board responsibilities when required.

Your defining qualities:

• Strong investment and transaction experience with 5-10 years in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, M&A, financial consulting, project finance, or related fields.
• Relevant academic background with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
• Commercial and industry acumen with an understanding of industrial sectors such as manufacturing, chemicals, automation, infrastructure, energy transition, or sustainability-related markets.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills including experience with financial statements, DCF analysis, trading and transaction multiples, and other valuation techniques.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities with experience working across cultures, functions, and international matrix organizations.
• Independent, analytical, and results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills, ownership, resilience under pressure, proficiency with AI-enabled productivity tools, and fluency in English.
