Senior Associate, Supply Planning — Car Services

  • Klook
  • Singapore, Singapore
  • SGD 60,000 – SGD 80,000

About the team

Car Services Planning sets the strategy behind Klook’s Car Rental and Private Transfer businesses. The team is organized by function rather than by business line — this role sits in Supply Planning, which owns the supply side of the funnel: what we sell, at what price, and whether we have it available when a customer searches.

You will report to the Supply Planning Lead and work across both business lines. Your exact market and channel scope will be defined on joining and will evolve as the business does.

What you’ll do

  • Own price competitiveness. Turn competitor and market price signals into concrete pricing actions, and hold the line on the vertical’s price competitiveness targets across the channels in your scope.
  • Own supply availability and search coverage. Make sure a customer who searches finds something worth booking. Anticipate inventory needs ahead of demand rather than reacting to shortages, and drive down search-no-result — diagnosing whether the gap sits in inventory, in platform logic, or in a mismatch between demand and supply, and pulling the right team in to close it. You are accountable for the outcome regardless of where the root cause sits.
  • Build the analytical view of where we win and lose. Develop and operate the frameworks that measure our supply competitiveness across markets, routes and booking patterns, and turn them into a decision-ready picture the business can act on.
  • Turn strategy into systems. Partner with Pricing and Tech so that the strategy you design is executed by tooling and rules rather than by manual effort — and keep metric definitions consistent so the whole vertical is working off one set of numbers.
  • Drive outcomes through other teams. Much of the impact here is delivered by Supply, Pricing, Tech, Insurance and Legal. Give them a clear, evidence-backed ask, and follow it through to a result.
  • Work independently on ambiguous problems. Break an unstructured problem into a plan, own the workstream from definition through delivery, estimate timelines accurately, and raise risks early — before they derail an outcome. Communicate what you find clearly to both working-level partners and management.

What you’ll need

  • At least 3 years of experience in OTA, e-commerce, tech startup, strategy consulting, business analytics, category management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a workstream end to end — you have carried something from problem definition through to a measurable business result, not just executed a plan someone else defined.
  • Independent, structured, and logical thinker — this is the core skillset we’re hiring for. You should be able to break an ambiguous problem into a clear plan and get moving without needing every step spelled out.
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel/Google Sheets; SQL a plus) to identify root causes and prove whether a change is actually working.
  • Able to hold an outcome you don’t fully control. Diagnosing a problem and then persuading another team to fix it is a large part of this role; comfort with influence-without-authority is essential.
  • Experience in travel or mobility products (car rental, ground transportation, ride-hailing, or similar) is a strong plus.
  • Track record of accurately estimating timelines and delivering on time and as expected with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data into a clear narrative for both working-level and management audiences.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
  • A start-up attitude — highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required.
  • Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds and time zones.

What you’ll get

  • An awesome team of international colleagues
  • A rare chance to build a global travel and leisure brand with a long runway of opportunities ahead
  • An environment that values and supports your growth
  • Ownership of projects with real impact
  • No boredom! Every day is a new exciting challenge
