Programador de Manutenção

• Local de trabalho: Rodovia Fernão Dias, s/n, Km 939, Distrito Industrial do Rodeio, Extrema/MG.
• Tipo de contratação: CLT efetivo, período integral.
• Horário de trabalho: das 7h às 17h, com 1 hora de intervalo para almoço.

Sobre o cargo:

O ocupante do cargo é responsável por planejar e programar os serviços de manutenção a serem efetuados em toda a fábrica, além de registrar o tempo de parada da máquina ou equipamento para possíveis estudos ou melhorias. Ainda presta suporte ao Líder de Manutenção nas atividades da área.

Responsabilidades:

• Planejar e programar serviços de manutenção a serem efetuados pelos profissionais da área sendo eles serviços de eletrica, mecânico e ferramentaria.
• Acompanhar o fechamento das Ordens de Serviço.
• Atualizar os KPI's da área.
• Montar as apresentações das lições aprendidas.
• Solicitar orçamentos de serviços e materiais.
• Emitir os pedidos de compras de manteriais.
• Realizar apresentações mensais dos KPI's
• Conhecer a Política e Sistema de MASS da empresa, bem como, contribuir para o seu atingimento.
• Utilizar equipamentos de proteção individual (EPI), de acordo com a área de trabalho.

Qualificações:

• Ensino Médio completo. Desejável cursando um curso superior ou Técnico na área.
• Conhecimento no pacote Office
• Foco em resultado, eficiência e velocidade na execução do trabalho, rápida aprendizagem e adaptação, trabalho em equipe.
