Job Overview

1. RFQ & Benchmarks for metals (Copper/Gold/Silver), Plating via Jaggaer RFQ system, cost breakdown analysis
2. Supplier Selection Meeting handling with cross teams, submit in Jaggaer system
3. Out sourcing supplier maintenance & Performance management in cost/delivery/quality
4. KPI strategic thinking, execution with innovation year over year
5. Out sourcing TEBIT projects(Negotiation/VAVE/OMP) continuous follow up, supplier growth program leading
6. Quarterly scorecard review with cross function teams for suppliers
7. Daily support on operations in supplier delivery/quality gating issues
8. Coordination with supply chain/quality key functions for out sourcing procedure optimization
9. Cost roadmap development strategic management on out sourcing, dual/multi-source breakthrough
10. Monthly data analysis and reporting

Job Requirements

1. Good experience related with metal purchase and plating, outsource
2. Good project management experience and skills, hope to see showcase if have
3. Good English communication performance, especially in listening and speaking English
4. Leadership potentials, good organization talent and cross function communication performance
5. Good reporting skills with good logic, key focus, action plans
6. Good strategic thinking to support KPI, Operations, PUR optimizations
7. Execution smartly with very clear target, solutions, drive for result
8. Outsourcing management innovation in cost savings, LT reduction… risk analysis
9. Close to ZH, can support daily work better.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience
