Job Summary:

Lead digital solution project

• Coordinate with different team in leading digital solution project
• Lead team in project planning, product design, product development and roll out.
• Organize department CCT, IDB to review project specification and ROI.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirement
• Coordinate with different team in leading digital solution project
• Lead team in project planning, product design, product development and roll out.
• Using scrum to lead the IT development activity.
• Set up the sprint planning, sprint review, daily standup, team retrospective
• Communicate with relative stakeholder to get support or update project status.
• Organize department CCT, IDB to review project specification and ROI.
• Organize digital tool training to forest digital culture in department

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, major in computer or IT technology
• Manufacturing IT related >3 years
• SW development, scrum, agile, manfacturing
• Workable English
