Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents and automation tools to support project management activities.
- Build AI solutions for project knowledge management, including lesson learned collection and retrieval.
- Develop tools to collect, organize, and summarize project risks, escalations, and action items.
- Explore AI applications for project schedule planning, resource planning, and execution tracking.
- Support development of copilots, dashboards, and workflow automation solutions.
- Assist in evaluating and deploying AI technologies to improve engineering productivity.
- Collaborate with PMO, Project Managers, and Engineering Teams to identify high-impact use cases.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience with Python programming.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG systems, or workflow automation tools.
- Understanding of software development and data analysis fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite at least 4 days per week.
