Job Description:

SCOPE OF THE ROLE AND BASIC PURPOSE/职位范围与基本目的

• The purpose of this role is to ensure all activities within company to comply with regulation and internal EH&S guidance through effective implementation of EH&S management system. 本职位的目的是通过EH&S管理体系的有效实施，确保公司内的所有活动满足法规和内部EH&S指南的要求。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS (indicate estimated % of time spent where possible)/ 主要职责/任务(以时间的百分比表示)

• 35% - Act as J&J Suzhou (Surgery/GS/R&D) site leader, establish and maintain robust EH&S management system, to comply with J&J and local regulation requirement, provide professional consultation to individual employee and other functions on EH&S fields. 作为强生苏州现场(爱惜康/全球服务中心/研发中心）EHS负责人，建立和维护强有力的EH&S管理体系，以符合强生和当地法规的要求，向员工和其他职能部门提供EH&S领域的专业咨询。
• 35% - Act as J&J Suzhou safety technical support, responsible for deployment of Process Safety, Fall Prevention, Machine Safety, Permit System, Confined Space, etc. lead and deploy EH&S on ISO14001and JNJ EH&S Standards and CAPA completion. 作为强生苏州安全技术支持，负责工艺安全，坠落预防，机械安全，许可证体系以及受限空间等章节的落地管理，领导和部署ISO 14001管理体系、实施强生EH&S标准以及完成纠正预防措施。
• 15% - Lead and develop capability enhancement for EH&S high potential talent, include but not limited to reporting line, AP safety core team, AP innovation team, etc.. 领导和发展潜在的EH&S人才资源和发展，包括但不限于亚太、中国的安全小组的技术能力建设以及数字化小组的能力建设。
• 10%- Support J&J suzhou’ project to carry out corresponding assessment based on “three-simultaneity” requirement, include but not limited to safety design and acceptance.. 支持强生苏州项目的三同时建设，包括但不限于安全评设计、验收评价
• 5% - Other assignment from direct supervisor. 主管指派的其他任务。

ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY MEASURES/职责/主要衡量指标

§ Provides safety technical support to the J&J Suzhou organization, to ensure implementation of regulatory and J&J requirements. 通过向强生苏州提供指导和支持，确保法规和强生EH&S要求得到执行。

§ Communicates Health, Safety and Environmental requirements to the organization in an effective way. 向组织有效的沟通健康安全环境要求。

§ Implements Health, Safety and Environmental programs in agreement with J&J corporate EH&S. 按照强生总部EH&S的要求执行健康安全环境管理制度。

§ Improve EH&S awareness via conducting regular training courses, inspections, etc. 通过定期培训、检查等措施提升EH&S意识。

§ Coordinates EH&S internal/external audit and self-assessment. 协调EH&S内外部审计和自评估。

§ Support on Suzhou EH&S team talent career and technical development. 支持苏州EH&S组织内人才职业及技术能力发展。

§ Support on project safety design and SIA acceptance on schedule.支持按期完成项目的安全相关设计及评价验收。

§ Deploy technical & innovation ability development for AP based on annual workplan. 基于团队能力建设计划。

§ Monitor the implementation of and ISO 14001 programs on site. 监督ISO14001管理制度在公司的运行。

§ Set up and drive organization with proper ownership/ delegation to support the daily operation of EH&S management system. 建立和驱动具备恰当的职责分工的组织来支持EH&S管理体系的日常运行。

§ Monitor incident /accident reporting, investigation etc. 监督事件/事故的报告和调查

§ Corporate EH&S data reporting. 向总部报告EH&S数据。

§ Support China campus EH&S issue as required. 支持强生中国区EH&S事务。

§ Initiate EH&S programs/IOSS to improve company EH&S performance and safety culture. 建立EH&S制度和IOSS，改进公司EH&S绩效和安全文化。

§ Other assignment from direct supervisor. 主管分配的其他任务
