Main Responsibilities 主要职责

• Responsible for electrical and digital design of medium voltage switchgear; complete drawing creation, approval and production release with EPLAN / AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with project requirements, national & industrial standards and Siemens internal specifications

负责中压开关柜电气及数字化设计；运用 EPLAN、AutoCAD 完成图纸绘制、审签与生产下发，保证图纸符合项目要求、国家 / 行业标准及西门子内部规范。

• Fully understand medium voltage switchgear products and portfolios and apply electrical engineering knowledge in the products to fulfill customer project requirements.

充分了解中压开关设备产品和产品组合，并在产品中应用电气工程知识，以满足客户项目要求。

• Familiarity with electrical programming and commissioning procedures for medium voltage switchgear systems, especially for the Siemens Relay.

熟悉中压开关柜系统的电气编程和调试程序，尤其是西门子保护继电器

• Take part in technical review of project proposals, including primary circuit configuration and secondary control design. Identify technical risks, issue technical clarifications and propose optimal solutions.

参与项目技术方案评审，涵盖一次主回路配置、二次控制回路设计，识别技术风险，输出技术澄清文件，提供最优技术解决方案。

• Conduct core electrical calculations including electrical system simulation analysis, power flow calculation, short-circuit current calculation, impedance calculation and capacity verification; deliver accurate calculation reports and system analysis.

电气系统仿真分析，潮流计算，短路电流计算，阻抗计算，容量校核等核心电气计算工作，输出精准的计算报告与系统分析

• Engage in the design of digital solutions and promote standardization of design schemes.

参与数字化解决方案的设计，推动方案标准化。

• Cooperate with PM, production, quality and service teams to resolve electrical issues and guarantee on-time project delivery.

配合PM、生产、质量、服务等团队解决电气相关问题，保障项目按期交付。

• Participate in cross-functional collaboration for overseas projects to drive project implementation

参与海外项目跨团队配合，推动项目落地执行。

• Responsible for marine project design, short-circuit current calculation, and selection of switchgear based on calculation results. Capable of load coordination analysis and protection setting calculation for marine projects.

船舶项目设计经验、短路电流计算及应用计算结果选择开关设备，同时具备负荷协调性分析能力，具备船舶项目定值整定能力。

• Perform other tasks / responsibilities assigned by the line manager.

执行直线经理分配的其他任务/职责。

Main Requirements 主要职位要求

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines

电气工程、自动化、计算机、软件工程等相关专业领域。

• With 3 years working experience in Power Distribution business or other manufacturing industry is preferred.

3年供配电行业或其他制造业的工作经验者优先。

• Solid professional foundation with knowledge of circuit theory, power system analysis, high-voltage technology and relay protection

专业基础：掌握电路、电力系统分析、高电压、继电保护基础；

• Familiar with power communication protocols including Modbus, IEC61850 and IEC103.

熟悉Modbus、IEC61850、IEC103电力通讯协议。

• Proficiency in DigSilent, CAPE, SINCAL, PTW, ETAP, SIMARIS is preferred.

熟悉DIgSILENT、CAPE、PTW、ETAP、SIMARIS等软件者优先；

• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, capable of working on international/overseas projects.

流利的英语读写及听说能力，可胜任涉外项目工作

• Proficient in office software with programming skills to support electrical design and technical project execution

熟练运用办公软件，掌握相关编程技能，适配电气设计、项目技术落地工作

• Clear logical thinking and good communication skills; highly responsible, self-motivated and a good team player. Customer-oriented and result-driven
