Manufacturing Technology Engineer - Prototype Process

Your Key Responsibilities ：

• Manage prototype requirements, responsible for prototype delivery, including component preparation, equipment and process evaluation, cycle-time estimation, and cost assessment.
• Develop assembly processes and introduce new manufacturing technologies.
• Design and commission assembly and fixtures.
• Optimize equipment and process parameters, complete prototype builds, and conduct process validation.
• Support product optimization, mass-production troubleshooting, and engineering changes.
• Prepare process documents, work instructions, and validation reports, and share lessons learned.

Your Qualifications ：

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
• At least three years of automotive experience in R&D, process engineering, or prototype builds.
• Strong mechanical and fixture design skills; proficient in CAD and SolidWorks.
• Strong hands-on and equipment commissioning skills; familiar with assembly validation, 8D, and 5 Why.
• Good written and reading English skills, with a proactive, innovative, collaborative, and improvement-oriented mindset.
