• Perform the Payment Execution Operations
• Support projects and other activities assigned by line manager

What You Will Do

· Process payment requests, loan drawdown transactions, and related treasury operations in compliance with company policies, internal controls, and banking requirements.

· Review, validate, and maintain supporting documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal and external requirements.

· Prepare and manage payment proposals, funding requests, and transaction records in a timely and accurate manner.

· Coordinate with Treasury, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Finance, business teams, and banking partners to support daily operational activities and resolve transaction-related issues.

· Monitor payment and funding status, proactively follow up on outstanding items, and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

· Maintain accurate operational records, trackers, and documentation for audit, compliance, and reporting purposes.

· Support month-end closing activities, reconciliations, reporting requirements, and operational control reviews.

· Investigate payment exceptions, funding discrepancies, and process issues, and work with relevant stakeholders to drive timely resolution.

· Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures, process documentation, and knowledge-sharing materials.

· Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and reduce manual effort through process optimization and automation.

· Utilize digital tools and reporting solutions to analyze data, improve visibility, and support decision-making.

· Take ownership of assigned processes and responsibilities, demonstrating the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and drive issues to closure with minimal supervision.

· Support ad hoc projects, system enhancements, continuous improvement initiatives, and other assignments as required.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

EDUCATION:

REQUIRED: • Bachelor’s degree or above.

PREFERRED: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED: • Above 2 years experience in MNC with at least 1 year payment related work.

• Workable English skills in writing and speaking.

• Experience working with SAP will be a plus.

• Advanced skill for PRA tools will be a big plus, such as Copilot, Power automate, Power BI, Power Query, Python, etc.

• Experience in process improvement, workflow standardization, and operational excellence initiatives is preferred.
