Responsibilities

You are not a 'problem solver', but the 'quality gatekeeper' of the entire performance chain. From model modeling and repair to 3D printing and delivery to users, every possible link that may fall off - model repair review standards, factory process standards, warehouse quality inspection standards - is initiated by you to establish a system: establish standards, streamline processes, bring teams out, and transform quality control from "relying on people to monitor" to "relying on systems to prevent". 你不是一个"查问题的人"，而是整条履约链路的"质量守门人"。从模型建模修模到3D打印出厂到用户手中，每一个可能掉链子的环节——模型修模审核标准、工厂工艺标准、仓库质检标准——都由你主动建体系：把标准立起来、把流程跑通、把团队带出来，让品控从"靠人盯"变成"靠体系防"。 What you need to do:

1. Establish standards: Develop and iterate model repair and review standards to ensure alignment with factory process standards, warehouse quality inspection standards, and uniform caliber, without leaving any ambiguous areas;
2. Team management: Led by a mold repairman and an audit team, set goals, focus on the process, and observe the results. The team's ability and quality to meet both standards are hard targets;
3. Source control: Conduct in-depth factory inspections in the 3D printing manufacturing industry, control the quality capabilities of suppliers from the source, and resolutely refuse to cooperate with unqualified factories;
4. Implementation: Establish a full chain quality control process (model → factory → warehouse → outbound), with standards, records, and traceability for each link;
5. Difficulties: Take the lead in handling batch quality issues and major customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, implement rectification measures, prevent recurrence, and pursue them to the end; 你要干的事： 1.建标准：制定并迭代模型修模及审核标准，确保与工厂工艺标准、仓库质检标准三线对齐、口径统一，不留下任何模糊地带； 2.管团队：带修模师及审核团队，定目标、抓过程、看结果，团队产能和质量双达标是硬指标； 3.控源头：深入3D打印制造业工厂验厂，从源头把控供应商质量能力，不合格的工厂坚决不合作； 4.抓落地：建立全链路品控流程（模型→工厂→仓储→出库），每个环节有标准、有记录、有追溯； 5.攻难点：牵头处理批量质量问题和重大客诉，根因分析、整改落地、防止复发，一追到底；

Qualifications

We hope you:

1. Have at least 3 years of experience in factory inspection and QC management in the 3D printing manufacturing industry;
2. Have extensive experience and knowledge in any field such as AI+3D modeling, 3D printing farms, and 3D printing custom manufacturing factories;
3. Experience in building a quality control system from scratch, not just "managing a few people", but "building a system";
4. Strong sense of responsibility and principles, daring to say "no" in the face of quality issues, and sticking to the bottom line;
