Perform daily treasury operation work, including but not limited to bank account management, account structure rationalization and optimization, e-banking portals administration, FX regulation exploration, treasury technology implementation, banking solutions on-boarding, etc. Acting as the contact window among business finance, internal teams (AP/Accounting/Tax/HR, etc.) and external banks.

What You Will Do

Bank Account Management

l Bank account management including opening, maintaining, optimizing and closing banks accounts;

l Seek improvement opportunities to optimize the existing bank account structures;

l Handle Know Your Customer (KYC) requests from various banks;

l Implement regional bank mandate and account signer structure of Asia for Koch businesses;

l Maintain accurate account and authorized signer information in Treasury Management System (TMS);

l Perform periodic review of the bank accounts and determine optimization opportunities;

l Participate in the workflow design to improve the Bank Account Management process;

E-banking portal administration

l Act as the System Administrator of bank’s e-banking portals, handle new user requests and token issuance/renewal/modification/disposal;

l Manage and perform periodic review of end users’ authorizations and entitlements;

l Consolidation of e-banking portals for multiple entities/Koch businesses;

l Centralize and improve the e-banking management for Asia local banks;

l Stay connected and evaluate the latest e-banking functions/solutions and roll out to internal teams to help improve work efficiency;

Treasury technology implementation, banking solutions on-boarding

l Bank connectivity set up for reporting and payment between banks and Treasury Management System;

l Work with payment/collection team to explore the payment/collections of banks;

l Assist internal teams to implement and on-board banking solutions, coordinate the communication and act as the escalation point of bank’s actual service delivery;

Ad hoc:

l Annual audit bank confirmation support;

l Prepare treasury reports to analyze the bank accounts, connectivity status, account signers, e-banking user’s entitlements, etc.

l Support global treasury projects/initiatives/process improvements;

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

l Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Accounting, Finance or Economics is preferred;

l 3-5 year proven experience in treasury/finance related or similar is preferred;

l Fluent in English, excellent English writing and speaking skills;

l Strong sense of team spirit, good at learning, self-motivated;

l Ability to work independently as well as with the team;

l Ability to manage prioritizes effectively in order to maximize value creation;

l Good at using Microsoft Office products;

l Experience with Treasury Management System, or other TMS solutions is a plus;

l Experience collaborating and working effectively across multiple capabilities, businesses and geographic locations;

l Interest in technology and willing to apply and experiment new technology at work;

l Japanese/Korean speaker is a plus but not mandatory;
