Responsibilities

1. Presentations and Training: Conduct presentations and training sessions to help clients understand and utilize the company’s products and services.
2. Business Development: Actively source new business opportunities and promote the company’s products and services to expand market reach.
3. Strategy Development: Devise and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
4. Client Servicing: Provide ongoing support and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
5. Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities and implement innovative strategies to drive growth.
6. Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
7. Research and Improvement: Gather feedback, conduct research, and participate in the continuous improvement of products and services to enhance client experience.

Qualifications

1. Educational Background: A degree in Finance, Business, or Marketing is preferred.
2. Work Experience: o At least 5 years of relevant experience. o Prior experience in front-office roles at banks, brokerage firms, or fund management companies. o Experience serving Chinese clients is must
3. Skills and Competencies: o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. o Outstanding presentation and client management abilities.
4. Personality Traits: Passionate about engaging and communicating with people, eager to embrace challenges and continuous learning.
5. Language Proficiency: Bilingual in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with our counterparts in China.
6. Bonus Points: A strong interest in investment will be an added advantage.
