* Coordinates overall planning of the project and may decide on allocation of resources.
* Is responsible for the overall successful execution of the (sub) project:
* Coordinates the project execution within the defined requirements (e.g. budget, time, functionality).
* Is responsible for the implementation of customer specific requirements
* Ensures business success and satisfaction of the customer, ensures professional stakeholder management.
* Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating if necessary.
* May coordinate agreed commissioning measures onsite.
* Maintains communication to customers, outside contractors or other (internal) stakeholders.
* May monitor milestones and adherence to budgets.
* May have responsibility for economic results.
