Our mission is to lower the barriers to 3D content creation, enabling users worldwide to generate high-quality 3D models instantly with AI. Our product (https://tripo3d.ai) is currently at a critical transition stage from technical validation to large-scale global commercial deployment. We have abundant user traffic, yet we are looking for technical partners capable of handling massive global traffic surges and managing complex computing resource scheduling. Challenges & Responsibilities Your role goes far beyond coding—you will be the core architect steering Tripo’s global infrastructure architecture. 1.Build a globally distributed high-availability architecture: Lead the evolution of server-side architecture, resolve challenges including cross-border link optimization, data consistency, and stability under high-concurrency scenarios, to deliver ultra-low-latency experience for users across the US, EU and APAC regions. 2.Manage large-scale AI computing scheduling: Design and refine task scheduling systems tailored for 3D large model inference, strike an optimal balance between cost and performance, and maximize the utilization efficiency of every GPU. 3.Support exponential business growth: Scale the business from 1 to 100 via technical optimization to resolve business bottlenecks, and deliver services with a 99.9% SLA for B2B API clients and individual C-end users. 4.Foster an AI-Native engineering culture: Instead of merely applying AI tools, deeply integrate AI into the entire R&D lifecycle including CI/CD pipelines, code generation and documentation management, to explore best practices for next-generation software engineering. 【我们在做什么】 TripoAI是一家处于爆发增长期的3D大模型初创公司。我们的使命是降低3D内容创作的门槛，让全球用户通过AI瞬间生成高质量3D模型。 目前，我们的产品（https://tripo3d.ai）正处于从“技术验证”向“全球规模化应用”跨越的关键阶段。我们不缺流量，缺的是能扛住全球流量洪峰、能驾驭复杂算力调度的技术合伙人。 如果你渴望跳出大厂的螺丝钉模式，亲手构建一套服务全球百万级用户的AI基础设施，这里就是你的主场。 【你将面临的挑战与职责】 你不仅仅是写代码，你将是Tripo全球化架构的操盘手。 1、构建全球化高可用架构：主导服务端架构的演进，解决跨国链路优化、数据一致性及高并发场景下的稳定性难题，确保全球用户（US/EU/APAC）获得极致的低延迟体验； 2、驾驭大规模AI算力调度：设计并优化针对3D大模型推理的任务调度系统，在成本与性能之间寻找最优解，榨干每一块GPU的性能； 3、支撑业务指数级增长：从1到100，通过技术手段解决业务痛点，为B端API客户和C端用户提供SLA99.9%的稳定服务； 4、打造AINative工程文化：不只是用AI，而是将AI深度融入CI/CD、代码生成、文档沉淀等研发全流程，探索下一代软件工程的最佳实践。

Qualifications

Who We Are Looking For We do not value rigid rote textbook-style knowledge, but prioritize your ability to tackle complex problems and entrepreneurial ownership mindset. Core Hard Requirements 1.Solid technical foundation: Proficient in at least one language among Go, Python and Java, with in-depth understanding of distributed systems, microservice architecture and databases (SQL/NoSQL/Vector Database). 2.Excellent architectural aesthetics: Great code taste with constant pursuit of code simplicity and maintainability, capable of writing elegant code recognized and appreciated by the whole team. 3.Strong engineering delivery capability: Practical experience building high-concurrency and high-availability systems, familiar with cloud-native tech stack including K8s, Docker, AWS and GCP; able to independently manage the full lifecycle from architecture design to production release.
