I- Basic Function/General Scope of Work 基本工作范围描述：
• Responsible for sourcing and supplier management activities for production materials and Non-Production Purchases (NPP/MRO), including active and passive electronic components, electromechanical devices (EMD), printed circuit boards (PCB), batteries, resins, and packaging materials. This role supports business objectives through supplier development, cost optimization, supply risk management, process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
II- Key Duties & Responsibilities 主要职责描述：
Raw Materials:
• Lead sourcing activities for production materials, including RFI, RFQ, bidding, quotation analysis, and supplier selection. Track sample submissions, qualification progress, and project milestones.
• Support new product introduction (NPI/NPD) projects and ensure sourcing and material readiness according to project schedules.
• Develop and qualify alternative suppliers to mitigate supply risks and improve supply chain competitiveness.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence, pricing trends, and supply chain developments to support sourcing decisions.
• Conduct commercial negotiations to optimize cost, lead time, MOQ/MPQ, payment terms, country of origin, and other key commercial conditions. Drive continuous supplier performance improvement in cost, quality, delivery, service, and supply assurance.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
III- Qualifications & Compentencies 任职资格及能力要求：
• Full-time college degree or above. engineering background is preferred.
• Above 3 years purchasing or sourcing experience in foreign company, sourcing experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Emotional stability and strong stress resistance, capable of handling numerous daily trivial matters.
• Good user of office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) and ERP system
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Capability of data analysis, sense of quality and cost, timing as well.
