Supply Chain Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Track, clean, validate, and analyze inventory levels, cycle counts, material variances, and aging stock for EE components.
• Monitor stockouts, excess/obsolete inventory, and safety stock; recommend adjustments based on demand and lead times.
• Identify root causes of discrepancies and improvement opportunities (e.g., inventory optimization).
• Assist with supplier communications and order tracking.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Senior preferred).
• Available at least 2–4 hours per day in the afternoon in Taiwan (preferably Mon–Fri every day).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experiencing in working with suppliers preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, supply chain principles, and/or electronic components.
• Business mindset: able to connect data insights to supply chain, inventory, and supplier work.
• Proficiency in English and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• 追蹤、整理、驗證及分析 EE（電子工程）零組件的庫存水位、循環盤點（Cycle Count）、物料差異及庫存呆滯時間。
• 監控缺貨（Stockout）、過量／呆滯庫存（Excess/Obsolete Inventory）及安全庫存（Safety Stock），並根據需求量與交期提出調整建議。
• 找出庫存差異的根本原因（Root Cause），並協助發掘改善機會，例如庫存最佳化。
• 協助與供應商溝通，以及追蹤訂單進度。

Qualifications

• 目前就讀學士學位，以大四學生為佳。
• 每天下午可在台灣地區工作至少 2–4 小時，最好能週一至週五每日配合。
• 具備良好的分析與問題解決能力，並注重細節；具供應商合作經驗者佳。
• 具備基本的庫存管理、供應鏈原則及／或電子零組件相關知識。
• 具備商業思維，能將數據分析結果連結至供應鏈、庫存管理及供應商管理相關工作。
• 熟悉英文及 Excel。
