Job Overview

Manages a sourcing team responsible for executing buying strategies, supplier negotiations, and supplier performance management. Translates sourcing objectives into operational plans and ensures monthly performance targets are achieved.

Job Requirements

• Managing sourcing teams executing category and supplier strategies.
• Developing supplier sourcing strategies aligned with product and portfolio roadmaps.
• Overseeing supplier performance monitoring, classification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identifying sourcing risks and coordinating mitigation actions across stakeholders.
• Supporting negotiations and recommending sourcing best practices.
• Managing budgets, resources, and adherence to sourcing policies and procedures.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
