1.Responsible for data collection and analysis, project budget and evaluation in the early stage of the transfer project.

2.Responsible for the planning and implementation of the transfer project to ensure the realization of the project target.

3.Responsible for resource coordination and follow-up in the process of transferring projects, minimizing resource waste and shortening the project transfer time.

4.Responsible for the training and follow-up of the production process and quality control during the transfer process to ensure the CM meets the project requirements.

5.Responsible for the daily follow-up and quality management of ramp up and mass production in the later stage.

6.Responsible for the process and management skills training of the engineer team in the project to avoid insufficient preparation during the transfer process.

7.Responsible for summarizing deficiencies and experiences in transfer projects and promoting internal improvement and optimization.

8.Responsible for the establishment of various management processes in the project to ensure compliance with the company's management requirements
