岗位职责：

1、通过识别、评估和控制工作场所的有害物质来确保工人安全和健康；

2、作为CA SME向管理层、项目团队和员工提供指导和支持，亦可担任工效学SME；

3、制定战略和规划，在源头上尽可能低地管理暴露（ALARP），并消除对个人防护装备（PPE）的需求（最低形式的控制）；

4、帮助为操作人员创造一个干净舒适的工作环境，使他们能够在不受干扰（如噪音）的情况下以最佳状态工作；

5、与其他专业人员合作，制定工程控制、行政控制和个人防护装备（PPE）策略，以管理暴露风险；

6、负责职业病的岗前，岗中及离岗的体检安排；负责健康体检的岗前和岗中安排；

7、负责中美史克急救管理，组织对急救员进行培训；

8、参与环境安全风险评估、事故调查及工作相关伤害与疾病的调查；

9、虫控管理；

10、负责各级EHS审核，并确保纠正预防措施准时关闭；

11、有效落实年度EHS培训计划；

12、理解并遵守所有环境、健康和安全（EHS）及质量法规、公司要求、标准操作程序（SOP）和要求；

13、根据上级要求履行其他职责。

任职资格：

1、相关专业本科以上学历（如环境或安全管理、工程或科学）；

2、制药、化工行业从业背景，5年以上EHS工作经验，3年以上工业卫生工作经验；

3、具有在快速消费品（FMCG），制药或相关高危害行业管理工业卫生和人体工程学风险的经验；

4、具备环境，健康和安全资质（注册安全工程师等）；

5、了解安全和环境要求和法规；

6、具备以下任何/所有数据库的使用知识：Cority IH， 3E, VEHS （Humantech）工业和办公室人体工程学，贝叶斯统计学（IHDA数据分析师）；

7、能够有效地与现场人员，高级管理人员，EHS和区域领导进行沟通；

8、英语可以作为工作语言。
