About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven OTC Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing Hong Kong OTC team. Operating in a high-volume trading environment, your primary mission will be to drive OTC trading volume and revenue by engaging with B2B clients, payment institutions, and trading firms.

Whether you are an up-and-coming talent or an established industry veteran, this role offers a dynamic platform to leverage your knowledge of Web3 payments, USDT settlements, and OTC logic.

Key Responsibilities

Source, pitch, and close new B2B clients, with a strong focus on payment institutions (Web2/Web3), cross-border payments, and commodity/forex trading firms (gold, oil, etc.).
Leverage your established network and stable client base to bring in immediate revenue and drive high-volume OTC transactions.
Handle Account Management for existing house leads and proactive hunting/outbound sales.
Facilitate crypto payment on/off-ramp solutions and USDT settlements for institutional clients.
Ensure all client onboarding and trading activities strictly adhere to regulatory and compliance standards. Work closely with internal teams to identify cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience Level: 2-3 years for Junior candidates; 4-5+ years for Senior candidates in Sales/Business Development within Crypto OTC, Web3 Payments, Forex OTC, CFDs, or Commodity OTC.
Industry Knowledge: Must have a solid, working understanding of OTC logic, USDT workflows, and crypto on/off-ramp mechanisms.
Proven Track Record: Must possess existing client resources or a verifiable ability to drive a high trading volume.
Languages: Business proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese and English.
Licensing: Holding an SFC Type 1 license is a plus, but not required on day one. Candidates must be willing to take the exam and obtain the license post-hire.
Background: Candidates from native crypto OTC desks, traditional Web2 payment companies (transitioning to Web3), or Singapore DPT/NPI licensed firms are highly encouraged to apply.
