Job Family Group Description - Sales:
This Job Family Group combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.

Job Family Description - Retail Selling:
Represents the brand to clients. Guides them at every stage of the buying journey. Provides support on styles, product characteristics and trends.

Speciality Description - Client Advisor:
Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. Follows company values as the visible face of the brand. Contributes to reaching sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction. There are specific Jewelry Client Advisor Job Profiles for roles selling jewelry and watches.

工作职责
熟悉QEELIN服务标准并严格遵守，确保给予顾客周到的服务和美好的购物体验。
完成公司分配的销售指标并与团队成员积极配合，和谐共进。
了解市场动态、竞争品牌等相关信息，给予客户专业的分析，不断提高客户对品牌的认知度和满意度。
精通店内各项流程/工具的使用方法，熟知运营合规纪律，严格遵守集团/QEELIN商业政策与流程。
确保货品安全，避免货品失窃及其他损失情况。
严格遵照品牌要求，确保个人形象和行为符合品牌要求
完成由上级主管安排的其他工作任务。

任职资格
2年以上零售业品牌销售工作经验，有奢侈品行业经验者优先。
高中以上学历。
能使用MS Office 办公室软件（尤其是Excel）。
日常英语口语交流的能力。
工作认真细心，销售能力佳，具有良好的沟通能力及CRM能力。
乐于学习，积极进取。
乐观开朗、成熟有亲和力、情绪稳定，具有责任心和团队合作意识。
能立即上班者优先。
