Key accountabilities

• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient telephone service to both guests and employees at all times

• Handle all reservation requests accurately and efficiently in accordance with established service standards

• Maintain and manage the reservation system accurately, while coordinating effectively with relevant departments to ensure service requirements are fulfilled

• Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques effectively to maximize revenue opportunities across different hotel departments

General requirements

• Possess strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate clearly, naturally, and professionally

• Detail-oriented and dependable, with excellent customer service awareness and sound judgment

• Able to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and composure while working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment

• Previous experience in hotel reservations, switchboard operations, or related guest service roles is preferred
