Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Operations & Leadership: Lead the logistics team to execute end-to-end supply chain strategies—covering sales distribution, production planning, operative purchasing, and warehouse management—to ensure maximum resilience and flexibility.
• Performance & Digital Excellence: Drive digital transformation initiatives and monitor critical KPIs (e.g., delivery performance, inventory optimization, and budget) to ensure operational excellence.
• Process Optimization & Compliance: Streamline internal workflows to boost productivity while ensuring strict adherence to EHS standards and SLC governance for service provider management.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a strategic interface between BUs and suppliers to meet customer demands and support cross-functional projects (e.g., MCP, DTC).

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of supply chain/logistics leadership experience within the manufacturing sector.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Technical Savvy: Proficient in SAP, WMS, and modern digital logistics tools.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, coordination, and leadership skills with a growth mindset.
• Languages: Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
