Responsibilities

Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Material Planner, to join our team based in our Shenzhen facility. You will be working with a diverse range of cross functional groups in a truly global environment, with exceptional benefits available in return. In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to review and process material-planning requests covering electronic components, PCBs and PCB Assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize SAP work requests.
• Raise RFQs, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders for electronic components, PCBs & PCB Assemblies.
• Prepare and release supplier data packages.
• Expedite orders and provide status updates.
• Coordinate customs clearance and inbound logistics.
• Resolve material planning issues with global engineering teams.
• Build strong supplier and manufacturing partner relationships.
• Maintain SAP inventory accuracy and material transactions.
• Coordinate supplier shipments and material movements.
• Monitor inventory and drive replenishment actions.
• Identify supply risks and execute recovery plans.
• Support for BOM load & associated SAP set-up requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operation or related disciplines.
• Proven 3 to 5 years of experience in sourcing and purchasing experience is preferred, experience in electronic components or manufacturing will be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of PCB fabrication and assembly processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of revision control and implementation.
• Experience in a high-mix, fast-paced environment.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
• Fluency in both written & spoken English.

This position is based in Shenzhen

This is a hybrid remote position and will follow a 2+ day in-office work schedule, with in-office days based on business needs and team preference. You must be based within commutable distance of the work location listed on the job posting, or willing to relocate prior to beginning employment with Cirrus Logic.
