• Your Job:

• Perform dimensional measurement and basic analysis using CT equipment to support new product development, production validation, and failure analysis.

• CT Scanning, Data Processing and Reporting

• Perform CT scanning, data processing and follow-up applications for samples according to internal customer requirements.

• Use VG to create, modify and maintain basic measurement programs for different sample models.

• Use scanning data to prepare dimensional reports and perform preliminary analysis.

• Use scanning data to generate model comparison reports.

• Support engineers in related validation activities, including CT scanning method exploration, application expansion, and other validation needs.

• Equipment and Laboratory Maintenance

• Responsible for daily inspection, maintenance, and simple fault reporting of laboratory CT equipment.

• Perform laboratory 7S management and safety regulations as required.

• Use and maintain tooling, fixtures, and related measurement equipment correctly.

• Complete other related tasks assigned by the direct leader.

• Participate in necessary technical and compliance training.

• Report labor ethics or improper behavior as required

• Major in Mold, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field.

• GD&T

• Good mechanical drawing interpretation skills, understanding of GD&T

• Practical operating experience with industrial CT or other 3D measurement equipment

• • years of experience in dimensional measurement or related quality inspection work

• Proficient in using office software (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

• Good communication skills, able to clearly communicate measurement results and problems Possess data organization and basic analysis skills
