Manufacturing Engineer - Rotor

Key Job Areas of Responsibilities:

• Introduce new machine/tooling & upgrade to meet capacity & capability target.

• Responsible for assembly NPI project execution plan from Phase3 to Phase6. Including product design review, DFM study, line selection, capacity & capability investment study, manufacturing process design, tooling design review, process set up & validation, process documentation preparation to ensure standard work, NPI lesson learn & new knowledge sharing, fast ramp up etc. within limited cost & time wide.

• Responsible for NPI quick ramp up production problem solving and conduct NPI process handover.

• Continuously improve manufacturing process agility by new tech introduction, automation, new concept process/flow etc.

• Lead rotor process knowhow and interact with AME & supplier to continue enhancing issue solving capability and process improvement.

• Lead rotor related process systematization & standardization, establish and continue updating standard.、

Qualifications

Bachelor degree on engineering related areas required and mechanical major is preferred. Master degree is preferred.

Good knowledge of quality system: APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA and NPI launch process.

Program management experience (Preferred).

3years+ of experience in E-drive motor rotor machining process development or automotive component machining process engineering.

Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.
