工作职责：

1、制定并优化光通讯器件的冷加工制造工艺，编制作业指导书

2、持续改善光学冷加工制造工艺能力，优化流程，实施品质监控，提高生产效率

3、负责异常分析，参与产品设计评审、技术分析和产品改进

4、上级安排的其他工作

任职要求：

1、本科学历（统招），光学、物理、机械、材料类相关专业，

2、1-2年电子制造业工作经验,良好的机械、物理光学知识；有3年以上平面或球面光学冷加工或光纤尾纤产品相关工作经验佳；了解光学晶体、光学玻璃、光纤等光通讯材料佳；

3、熟练掌握切割、研磨、高抛、环抛，古典抛，清洗等工艺佳；

4、英语读写良好，口语可交流佳

5、性格开朗，好学、抗压、良好的沟通协调能力
