Responsibilities
岗位职责： 1、负责整车路噪仿真分析，包括车内噪声、整车模态、刚度、传函、整车路噪模态匹配等仿真分析工作； 2、负责根据分析结果，进行问题评估，并提出优化方案；推进专业部门落实对策方案； 3、负责NVH仿真与试验吻合性的研究，修正仿真建模及分析方法，提升分析精度； 4、负责NVH分析流程、技术总结以及规范标准建设； 5、负责NVH仿真数据库建设。 任职要求： 1、全日制本科及以上学历，车辆、机械、力学、材料等相关专业； 2、参与NVH-CAE路噪分析工作5年及以上，至少参与4款车型完整开发， 3、具备良好的跨部门沟通能力。
