To strengthen our team in Shanghai , we are looking for you as a(n) Technical Manager - Automotive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Technical manager for SEA-CN Automotive application, including Intelligent driving and Chassis, E-powertrain modules and silicone rubber parts.
• drive SPEC IN Wacker silicone solution at Chinese leading NEV OEMs and Tie 1 for E-powertrain with SiC modules and PCBA, and EHB/EMB, EPS/SBW, Intelligent Chassis.
• Actively execute the company's technical related process/procedures, such as product transfer, new product modification adn registration, etc.
• Work with the team members for strategic product modifications in SEA, especially for RTV-1, RTV-2, silicone gel and TIM-2.
• Support to ZJG process Chemist in question of Raw materials, Specifications, Product Formulations, Production request for ZJG ELA and RTV-1 plant.
• Travel within China and to other locations on demand
• Key link to Global Product Development of SEA, and local S-D team.
• Support to sales & marketing activities/events such as MDB/MDP, customer events, seminars or exhibitions.
• Understand IATF 16949 related requirements; provide customers with products and services that meet requirements.

Qualifications Required:

• Min. master degree, chemical or material science related specialty;
• Min. 5 years of experience in technical positions, incl. 3 years in Automotive related industry;
• Good knowledge of chemical material in silicone, NEV, or e-motor and power conversion unit;
• Solid project management experience with automotive OEMs or Tier 1;
• Customer oriented, result driven, and open-minded to new solutions;
• Good communication skill and presentation skill;
• Good command of language usage in both Chinese and English;
