Your new responsibilities

-Assume Project Leader for delivering mid/ high complex package material solution for assigned R&D products, working independently for most parts.
-Provide technical inputs in 2nd source/ alternative vendor decisions demonstrating ability to understand package technology.
-Support operation & SQE on material issues and continuous quality improvement.
-Assume Consultant/ Project Leader for supporting engineering or production on chronic issues and continuous improvement project.

What we look for

-Bachelor or above in Material/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering related Science and Engineering major
-Minimum 3 years of experience in the Semiconductor industry; exceptional Master graduates will also be considered
-Experience in the LED industry is preferred
-Experience in Project Management （time and resource allocation management）, covering solution selection and familiar with data analysis tool
-Able to work independently after training provided. Systematic Problem-Solving Methodology, e.g. 6-Sigma Yellow Belt, 8D, Why-why, etc.
-IT skills: Microsoft Office 365
-English Level: Skilled in Literacy, Listening and Speaking
