Job Description

1. Responsible for industrial engineering：lean line design, time data management, QCO, Ergonomics check.

负责工业工程相关业务: 精益生产线设计，时间数据管理，快速换型，人机工程学检查。

1. Support improvement activity with IE tools and methods, including efficiency improvement, layout optimization, etc. 用IE工具和方法支持改善活动，如效率改善，布局优化等。

Qualifications

1. Introduce IE tools and methods to related engineers and standardized;

导入 IE工具与方法并予以标准化。

1. Monitor status of Ergonomics check and QCO;

跟踪人机工程检查和快速换型的状态。

1. Support MAE design, layout optimization, line balance, efficiency improvement, etc .

支持设备设计，布局优化，线平衡，效率改善。

1. Line/plant level simulation and digitalization.

生产线及工厂层级的模拟仿真与数字化。
